The Regan Brothers Fargo-Moorhead Bakery was established circa 1927. That year's telephone book lists the bakery at 1115 College Street.

The 1935 telephone book lists the bakery at 513 13th Street North. In 1951, the address is listed as 501 North 13th Street, but it may be the same building, that shown to the right. It was still listed by that name in 1964 but by 1977 that address was listed as the Holsum Bread Bakery by which name it was still known in 1985.

In 1995, the property is listed as Pan-O-Gold Baking Company, by which name it is still known.
