I believe that the company enjoyed limited success for a while but never rivaled Post, Kellogg's or the other giants in the industry. I don't know when or under what circumstances the company went out of business.
For the story of Miss Pokodot, please continue here.
The founders of the company were Charles Rose (President), George P. Sundt (Vice-president), H.E. Replogle (Secretary), Victor J. Baldwin (Treasurer), and R.D. Savage (Manager). Shares were offered to the public at $5.00 per share with a restriction of 5,000 shares per person. Company offices were located at Suite 117, Reineke Building (117 Broadway).

Pokodot Cereal Company
Several Fargo businessmen founded the Pokodot Cereal Company in 1922. Noting the "meteoric rise in the breakfast industry," they were convinced, and convincing, that labeling and advertising were the key to success. They had two products: Pokodot Pancake Flour, a "self-rising buttermilk pancake flour, made forma special secret formula that is the secret of this company;" and Breakfast Dwarfies, a "sterilized uncooked breakfast food which is unusually palatable and nutritious." The products are shown below.
