This real photograph postcard from the 1920s looks east on NP Avenue from about Ninth Street North.

On the left (north side) of NP Avenue we can see the John Anton Schlanser & Son Contractors, City Hall on the corner of Roberts Street, the Model Laundry [at 633 NP Avenue], and Knight Printing [at 619 NP Avenue]. The remaining businesses are indistinguishable.

On the right (south side) of NP Avenue we can see the Union Transfer Company (at 806-810 NP Avenue), the Swift Company (at the corner of Eighth Street), the Northern School Supply (at 648), an unknown building, a Dodge dealership, and Northern States Power Company (at 612).
