The Radisson Hotel is located at 201 5th Street North on the northeast corner of Second Avenue and Fifth Streets. Ground was broke for the 151-room hotel in March 1984 after several years of planning. The hotel opened in late July 1985 and had its grand opening in September of that year.

For a while, the 18 story hotel was the second tallest building in North Dakota.
