Halbert's European Hotel was located at the head of Broadway next to Moody's. The hotel was previously Crane's Hotel. The postcard in the upper right is dated 1908.

Note that in the color postcard dated 1910 to the lower right, the Chancellor Cigar sign has been moved to the top of Halberts.

By 1915, Halberts had become the Annex Hotel.
