The Graver Hotel (located at 123 Roberts Street) was designed by William F. Kurke and built in 1917.

The building was one of architect Kurke's first buildings after moving to Fargo. It was originally known as the Equity Building and was designed as apartments by the North Dakota Realty Company.

Today the Graver Hotel is the Graver Inn with 70 apartments. It is owned by Jerry Meide of Wahpeton, N.D but the Fargo Housing and Redevelopment Authority plans to buy it from Meide for $1.75 million.
