The photograph above right shows the flood waters halfway above the doors and windows of the old Red Owl Grocery Store on the northeast corner of First Avenue South and Sixth Street. The picture was probably taken looking east from the walkway of the old Auditorium.

The middle picture on the right looks east along First Avenue South from about Seventh Street. On the right is the south side of the old Auditorium. I am not sure what the building is on the left.

The bottom picture looks at the old Arena fromthe west. On the extreme left of the photograph one can see the steps up the side of the auditorium across the street.
