Here we can see a bend of the Red River with a steamboat headed south. The Union Elevator is quite clear. The Fargo Roller Mill is just to the right of the elevator. One can see a spur of the NP railroad tracks coming down to the mill.

Just to the south (left) of the elevator are several long low buildings. This is the Crockett & Shotwell Lumber and Coal Yard.
