The Dixon Building (or "Dixon Block") was built in 1905 in a Classical Revival style designed by the Hancock Brothers. In the 1906 image to the right, one can see a laundry occupying the north side of the first floor, and Turkish bath parlors occupying the south side of the first floor.

The building is located at 305-307 Broadway. The Turkish baths are gone
